Buying equipment online raises good questions. Here are straight answers to the ones we hear most. If you don’t see yours, call (877) 446-3763 or email sales@ironfieldequipmentsupply.com.
Yes. Every machine and part on our site has a posted price and a working cart. You can add a mini excavator, compact track loader, or tractor to your cart and check out just like you would a smaller item. After you place the order, our sales team confirms freight details with you and sends a secure way to pay before the machine ships.
The price shown is the price of the item. Freight, and any applicable sales tax, are calculated and confirmed based on your delivery location. We don’t add hidden fees or change the machine price after you order. If anything affects your total, you’ll see it before you pay.
We arrange the freight for you. Machines ship by truck on a flatbed or enclosed carrier depending on size, and most deliveries to a business or residence include liftgate or roll-off handling where needed. Smaller parts and attachments ship by standard ground carriers. You’ll get tracking and a delivery window so you can plan to receive your equipment.
Parts and small items typically arrive within a few business days. Machine freight usually takes longer to schedule and transit, often one to three weeks depending on your location and the carrier’s route. We’ll give you a realistic estimate at the time of order and keep you posted. See our Shipping & Freight Policy for full details.
We ship to all 48 contiguous US states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote areas may require a custom freight quote and added transit time. If you’re unsure about your address, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm.
We accept credit card and wire transfer, both handled securely after you place your order:
We do not store bank details on the site, and we do not process live card payments at checkout. Payment is handled through the secure link or wire instructions we send you after the order is placed.
Your order moves into fulfillment once payment is confirmed: when a card payment completes or a wire clears. Until then, the order is held in pending status. This protects both sides and keeps your machine reserved while payment is arranged.
Equipment financing is commonly available for purchases like these through third-party lenders and leasing companies that specialize in heavy and compact equipment. If you’d like to explore financing for a machine, contact our sales team and we’ll point you toward general options. We’re an equipment dealer, not a lender, so any financing terms, rates, and approvals come from the finance provider you choose, not from us.
Both. New machines are clearly listed as new, and used or refurbished machines are clearly described with their condition. We list condition honestly so you know exactly what you’re buying. Warranty coverage differs between new and used, which is explained on each listing and in our Warranty Policy.
New machines carry a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a defined period. Used and refurbished machines may carry a shorter limited warranty or be sold as-is, depending on the unit, which we state on the listing. Parts also carry a limited warranty. See our Warranty Policy for coverage details and how to file a claim.
Fitment matters, and we want you to get it right. Listings include compatibility information where available, but if you have any doubt, contact us with your machine’s make, model, and year before ordering. Our team will confirm fitment so you don’t end up with a part that doesn’t bolt up.
Once your order ships, we send tracking information by email. For machine freight, we coordinate the delivery window directly with you so someone is ready to receive it. You can also contact support@ironfieldequipmentsupply.com any time for a status update.
Sales tax is applied where required by law based on your delivery location. If tax applies to your order, it will be calculated and shown before you complete payment.
You’ll receive an order confirmation, then our team reaches out to confirm freight and send your secure payment link or wire instructions. Once payment clears, we schedule your shipment, send tracking, and coordinate delivery. From order to off-the-truck, you’ll always know what stage you’re at.
Yes, within our return window and condition requirements. Machines and parts have different return rules given their size and handling, and some items are non-returnable. Always inspect freight deliveries before signing. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.
