This policy explains how payment works at Iron Field Equipment Supply, including the two methods we accept, how your order moves from pending to shipped, and how we keep payment secure. We keep it simple and transparent so you always know exactly what happens with your money and your order.
You place your order through our online cart and checkout. Placing the order does not charge you on the spot. Instead, your order is created in pending status, and our team follows up to confirm freight and send you a secure way to pay. Your order is fulfilled and shipped only after payment is confirmed.
Every order begins as pending. This means we’ve received your order and reserved your attention with our team, but we have not yet shipped anything. The pending period is when we confirm freight details, send your payment link or wire instructions, and wait for payment to complete or clear. Holding the order in pending protects both sides and keeps your machine or parts set aside while payment is arranged.
Your order moves out of pending and into fulfillment only after payment is confirmed:
After payment is confirmed, we schedule your shipment, send tracking, and coordinate delivery (for machine freight, we set a delivery window with you directly). See our Shipping & Freight Policy for delivery details.
The price shown is the price of the item. Freight and any applicable sales tax are calculated based on your delivery location and confirmed before you pay, so your total is clear up front. We do not add hidden fees or change the machine price after you order.
We take a deliberately conservative approach to payment security:
This keeps sensitive payment data off our site and in the hands of secure financial providers. If you ever receive payment instructions that look off, or that don’t come from an @ironfieldequipmentsupply.com address, do not pay; contact us directly at (877) 446-3763 to verify before sending any funds.
If a payment link expires or a payment isn’t completed, your order remains pending and unshipped. Contact us and we’ll reissue the link or instructions. Orders that remain unpaid for an extended period may be canceled and the reserved inventory released.
Equipment financing for purchases like these is commonly available through third-party lenders and leasing companies. If you’d like to explore financing, contact our sales team for general direction. Any financing terms and approvals come from the finance provider you choose, not from Iron Field.
